I want to dye my hair...

Hi guys :wave:
So my birthday is coming up which means that I am finally old enough
(according to my parents standards)
to dye my hair!! Yay :iconvictorydanceplz:

The color I have in mind is blue (turquoise/aqua) , but now here's the quesiton :iconicameplz: ..


1. Should I dye my ENTIRE hair turquoise/aqua?

for example:

(Image not mine, found it on tumblr)

OR

2. Should I HIGHLIGHT my hair turquoise/aqua?

for example:

(Image not mine, found it on google)


I really need your help to decide :D! I will definitely show you guys the results when the decision is made :)

Btw, I know blue is a crazy but awesome color for hair, any different color suggestion..?
